Nhà Sàn Collective and NIPAF are pleased to invite you to our NIPAF ASIA WS – IN:ACT 2017 on 21 – 23 May 2016.
Program:
Saturday, 21 May – 6PM: artist talk, meet artist Seiji Shimoda – director of NIPAF, and other participating artists from Japan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Myanmar, China, Korea, Philippines, Vietnam.
Sunday, 22 May – 6PM: workshop of performance art, meeting artists (day 1)
Monday, 23 May – 6PM: workshop of performance art, meeting artists (day 2)
This is the third collaboration between Nha San Collective and NIPAF to organize performance workshops in Hanoi. The first one took place in 2013 in NSC Zone9, the second – in 2015 in NSC Ly Quoc Su. Please look for more details about this exciting event on our Facebook page!

*NIPAF – Nippon International Performance Art Festival is founded by artist Seiji Shimoda.
*IN:ACT is a festival of performance founded by Phuong Linh and Bill Nguyen in 2010 in Hanoi. It is now organized by Nha San Collective team.

Nhà Sàn COLLECTIVE is not a museum, a gallery or an international culture institute where completed work are presented by established artists. Just like Nhà Sàn Studio before, it is a working studio to nurture where artists can create, collaborate, be given advice, critiques, and have chances to meet with international artists, curators. Works that are presented at open studio every month could be finished or not, but the process of developing idea and working to improve the quality of the art work for local artists is what Nhà Sàn COLLECTIVE focuses on.
