Reflections on both limitations and the unlimited in human existence are inextricably linked in the works of Doan Hoang Kien. The artist interrogates the idea of limits from different angles. His main interest in the inner limitations of the person, of the self, concerns the ideas of action and immobility, of words and silence, of compassion and indifference, of faith and disappointments.
