In order to improve the operational capacity of professional artists, the board of the Young Artist Club invited Dr. Luong Hong Quang – Vice Director of the Institute of Vietnam art and culture to speak on the topic “An approach to art projects and writing projects effectively”.
The workshop will be carried out with the participation of representatives of the Denmark – Vietnam Cultural Development Fund.
