In this workshop, director Pham Ngoc Lan – Best Young director of Short film at Hanoi International Film Festival 2016 – will share his experience and knowledge in the making of “Another City” – the only short film representing Vietnam at Berlin Film Festival 2016. Especially, in this workshop, you will get to enjoy “Another City”, a film having won many national and international awards, best represents Pham Ngoc Lan’s cinema style.
