Twenty-five – Who are we?
Are we off balance or steady on our feet, lost or found? Are the pieces of our souls buried or nurtured?
In this messy era filled with sorrow, “Attic of the Souls” was born to act as a hiding place just like the attics in houses – it speaks warmth, austerity and freedom – where choices, stories of individual’s value system are stored. When told of the meaningless-ness prolonging the length of our lives, some may fear and look relentlessly for some meanings to hold on to. Others, however, may feel more calm, enjoying the lack of a specific meaning attached to life as this state itself is the base for everyone to build their own meaning, pressure-proof from any social standards.
The Attic aims to create an aesthetic space formed by stories about the age 25 by people from all walks of life with distinct perspectives and backgrounds. It is safe to say that we are all “normal” to the point that no stories are more superior than others, whether what you work towards is small or great. For those reasons, each story deserve being heard, empathized and worth sharing.
By making The Attic of the Souls, TeamX aims to recreate the values and choices made by different humans, making those who come feel belonged and comfortable enough to talk to others’ slice of life – the small things that make us LIVE.
