From Vietnam Festival of Creativity & Design:

“Transforming into resilience: How to move from traditional photography to creating VR experiences” is a conversation between photographer Morgan Ommer and journalist Truong Uyen Ly on the challenges and opportunities brought by today’s rapid development, especially of the new technologies. The talk aims at young audiences (students, early career professionals) and anyone who is interested in regenerating themselves for the changes ahead.

During this talk, Morgan will share in detail his inspirational career and his successful transition from traditional 2D photography to designing 3D virtual reality (VR) experiences to adapt to the changing times. Going beyond altering one’s perspective and mindset, Morgan will also discuss his unique creative process for designing exciting VR experiences.

This interactive talk and networking event is designed to share experiences and practices related to “regeneration”, the theme of Vietnam Festival of Creativity & Design this year, in developing cultural heritage, community engagement and positive, sustainable impacts on the environment.
