Located inside Le Ngoc apartment building, Tempo Nexus is an experiment in adaptive reuse by transforming an old structure into a design space while preserving its layers of cultural memory and community ties.
Rather than erasing history, Tempo Nexus embraces the philosophy of “doing as if doing nothing”-carefully preserving the building’s character while adapting it to contemporary needs.
Through the studio visit and talk, participants will explore how an existing building can be repurposed for new needs without losing its inherent character.
