Part of Track 3: Living Laboratories, the exhibition and talk “Do Baskets Dream Of _”, presented by Auroborium and the Vietnam Sound Library, delivers a vivid experiment where cultural heritage merges with contemporary ecological thought.
Inspired by 12 basket boats carrying a mode of continuity, the project invites participants to encounter the journey of the 13th basket. While the 12 baskets carry the past into the future, the 13th dreams of a different question: What remembers us because we cannot lay it to rest? What have we carried long enough that it is ready to become soil (đất)?
