“VNx – Learning Beyond the Classroom” is a panel discussion exploring how education can connect with communities and real-world contexts through learning activities with social organisations, cultural institutions, communities and partners beyond the university.
Through practice-based projects, students have opportunities to learn through experience, participation and dialogue, while developing professional, collaborative and social responsibility skills. When learning takes place beyond the classroom, what becomes the role of the university, and who should be part of shaping these spaces for learning?
