“Design is a Verb” – an event of VFCD’s Track 03 – Living Laboratories, transforms four floors of LAITA into four interconnected exhibitions and conversations, each led by one of LAITA’s allied initiatives: LAITA Design, LAITA Store, AXIS Workshop and Museum of Design (MoD).
Visitors are invited to explore the building as an ever-evolving landscape of ideas, where research, experimentation, manufactoring, exhibition and public dialogue come together as an interconnected practice.
Echoing the “Living Festival / Sống.Tạo” theme of the Vietnam Festival of Creativity & Design (VFCD) 2026, the event views design as an ongoing practice shaped by people, places and shared experiences. Rather than offering answers, the event creates a space for collective dialogue, reflection, and imagination – where design remains a living practice integrated into everyday life.
