Attention Artists: International Exhibition NordArt 2014

NordArt in Germany is one of the largest juried exhibitions of contemporary art in Europe, representing all facets of visual arts. Applications are open globally and in 2013 there were 2458 artists from 93 countries applying for NordArt.

The artworks are selected by a jury made up of artists, an art historian, and the supervisory board and management. A list of invited artists will be published at the beginning of March 2014.

There is a symposium preceding the NortArt exhibition which includes approximately 10 artists who will be provided with materials (by agreement), a workplace, accommodation, food and travel.

The exhibition also has a NordArt-Prize worth 10,000 Euro and three Public Choice Awards worth 1,000 Euro each.
