“Modes of Motion” is a short dance film produced over a 10 month period by dancer Emily Navarra (The Movement Kitchen) featuring 30 dancers based in Ho Chi Minh City. The film captures 23 styles of movement linked together to create a chain love letter to dance.

Shot with iPhones, this collaborative effort was created to highlight and integrate dancers of all levels living in Ho Chi Minh City who come from a variety of dance backgrounds and are at different stages of their dance careers sharing one common ground – movement.
