Author Dang Hoang Giang spent last Saturday afternoon discussing with his readers and interested audiences about writing narrative non-fiction in Hanoi.
Part of an art and literature exchange with author Dang Hoang Giang , the event was co-hosted by Heritage Space and Hanoi Grapevine for people who loved writing in general and narrative non-finction in particular – a genre little known in Vietnam – with Giang’s book “The Destination of Life” as an example.
At the talk, the author talked about his writing progress, specifically how he developed the topic, found his characters and resources, processed information and delivered an emotional, persuasive and attractive book. Apart from professional sharing, he will mentioned how he was able to manage a work-life balance enough to stay loyal to his project from beginning to end.
The discussion attracted more than 30 audiences and some interesting questions for author Dang Hoang Giang about his experiences writing “The Destination of Life”.
