I love to study, to read and to write. But, I can not really understand anything until I paint it.

What I want to know is “How do you paint crossing an ocean?”

This room is a painting that we can walk through, behind and around. It is a painting that we can be inside of. I’ve been painting continuously for one week. The painting will never be finished. The important thing is the continuous act. Always trying to cross an ocean, always trying to merge landscapes, to merge the many places and people that are home. Sometimes these places meet in my sleep. When I’m dreaming I can be in many places at once.
