Come to the exhibition about lotus of artist Nguyen Thi Dinh. In Buddhism, the lotus flower is known as the symbol of purity and spiritual awakening as well as a sign of rebirth. The flower is considered pure as it is able to emerge from murky water in the morning and be perfectly clean.
The paintings of lotus show light sadness but it still strongly represents the beliefs in life, people as well as in our beautiful life and future. Though, we have to face a lot of difficulties in our life, we have to look forward to nice future.
The growth cycle of lotus flowers, the changing of the nature, the movement of time, the relations between the new and old in our lifespan are all chosen and depicted in the “Lotus” collection.
