The Affordable Art Fair’s fifth November edition will showcase a record line-up of galleries, new artists and art-related initiatives designed to underscore the Fair’s ‘art for everyone’ mantra.
One hundred and seven galleries, from Singapore and all over the world, will showcase more than 950 artists in a diverse selection of contemporary artworks, across a variety of styles from abstract to figurative, and mediums including paintings, sculpture and photography. All priced between S$100 and S$10,000, with 75 per cent of the works priced under S$7,500.
An all new art education programme, featuring the multi-disciplinary workshops, is designed to take visitors behind the entire process from conceptualisation to a finished product, helping visitors learn more about contemporary art in a fun and engaging manner. Others include free talks, discussions, live demonstrations, hands-on activities and visual experiments.
