“Music and dance were truly my mental support when I went into labor. It freed us from stress, worries and pains. Dance/movement with music helped us to relax and get ready both physically and mentally in the puzzling phase of going into labor. I meditated in silence and realized that my body is only an instrument in this Universe, and if so, then this instrument needs to be taken care of and finely tuned before the greatest dance of my life, the moment of birth…”

As parents, we understand that when we feel the power of and the love for yourself, we can give our children that miracle as a sound foundation for their life.

Dance/Movement therapy Vietnam dedicates this BIRTH DANCE program to expectant mothers in hope to bring them wonderful moment of arts to realize, connect and treasure the beauty and the sacred power of a MOTHER bearing a new life.

Number of participants: maximum 12 expecting mothers
Dresscode: casual, easy to move around in
Facilitator: mother – dance/movement therapist: Bui Tuyet Minh
