RUNG (FOREST): Installation – Art – Contemporary dance

Mental health in Vietnam is not a topic people care about; the quality and quantity of mental health care services are still very modest. There are many cases which were not properly treated or completely ignored. In this collaboration of science and art, we hope to connect and guide the Vietnamese community on the topic of mental health through installation art, paintings and seminars. The project activities hopes to create an interaction between reality and imagination, to explore the inner world of the modern public with the aim to provide information, guidance and to raise awareness on this issue.

This year, Wintercearig; Forest workshops are organized in order to create a safe creative space for the community. Here, the participants can freely express themselves through art without any judgement. This is the first step on the road to healing, recovering and developing themselves.

“Wintercearig” Project was founded and organized by Tricia Nguyen (Trang Nguyen), born in 1991.
