You are invited to a screening of the film “Three seasons” by director Tony Bui.

“Three seasons”, directed by overseas Vietnamese director Tony Bui since he was only 26, was filmed in Ho Chi Minh City about the past, presence and future of the city in early days of renovation period. It is considered as one of the most exotic cinematographic portraits of the southern Vietnam in transition during 1990s by telling the stories of four different individuals who were yearning for meaning, love, redemption and survival. A portray of traditional and modern, poetic and secret, romantic and realistic colors reflecting a lot of slices in the lives of ordinary people who are in desperate search for hope.

The movie won international prizes including Cinematography – Audience – Grand Jury Award of Sundance Film Festival since 1999.
