Friends of Vietnam Heritage (FVH) runs informative city walks which, we hope are a bit different from other city walks. They include personal information and stories from long term local Hanoi residents as well as discovering some hidden areas of the city. This time we proudly present the Hanoi City Walks: Ba Đình & French Quarter (Khu phố Pháp).
This walk is around the Ba Đình area and Embassy district. It touches on changes made to Hanoi during the French colonial era, including education, language, urban planning & architecture. We start at the back of Chu Văn An school ending at Cửa Bắc Church in Phan Đình Phùng St.
Meeting location: Back of Chu Văn An School, Nguyễn Đình Thi street by West Lake (meeting point will be sent in joining instructions to those who RSVP)
