Hanoi Street Art Festival 2009

Staying true to its title, this first Street Art Festival is taking place on the streets of Hanoi and is opened for everyone. Its aim is to create a new, different and creative way and space for performing and appreciating arts.

There will be 5 stages: a main stage, a traditional music stage, an experimental stage, a circus stage and a hip-hop stage. The ‘Thang Long Ca tru Club’ will be the main attraction on the traditional music stage, performing a number of their classics. At the center of the garden is the circus stage. Artists Dao Anh Khanh, Vu Nhat Tan and Phuong Vu Manh will take on the experimental stage, while the dance group Big Toe perform and teach people about the hip-hop culture on the hip-hop stage. The main stage, where several exciting acts take place, will start at 6 pm and last until 9 pm.

This event is part of the Happy Denmark program.
