HCMC – Youth Melody Program in April – Contemporary Dance

Youth Melody program in April introduces contemporary dance to young people. Besides two popular works: Water, The puzzles of a dream, the program will introduce two latest works of the two choreographers Phuc Hai and Phuc Hung: “Tram”, “Yesterday”.

The purpose of the program:

– Introduction of a deeper and broader view to the youth about dance.
– What is contemporary dance (modern Ballet), and what is the difference between contemporary dance and modern dance?
– The formation and development of Modern dance of Theatre.
– What do Choreographer and contemporary dancer imply in their way of creativity and expression, how does it differ from other types?
– How is the message of contemporary dance given to the audience?
