Future Shorts returns to HCMC with short films from across the globe! On Saturday March 1st, Future Shorts will bring you an incredible evening of electrifying films, delicious food and live music from the Magic Pinions and Fi Witton.

For folks who can’t make it, there is an encore screening on Wed.

International films include: the Oscar-nominated, “Buzkashi Boys,” an Afghan coming-of-age story directed by Sam French, and Finnish filmmaker Jenny Toivoniemi’s “The Date”, which screened at Sundance. Local films include a selection of sci-fi shorts from Cloud 9 Production’s recent Project Sci-Fi Competition Vietnam.
