Goethe Institut

From Goethe Institut:

On three consecutive evenings, the Goethe-Institut Hanoi presents the multiple award-winning films of director and screenwriter Hannes Stöhr: Berlin is in Germany, One Day in Europe and Global Player. They reflect the changes Germany has undergone from the fall of the Berlin Wall to globalization. Hannes Stöhr will personally present his films and will be available for discussion with the public afterwards. A workshop with Hannes Stöhr will offer young filmmakers the opportunity to gain insights into his work and the craft of screenwriting. Topics addressed will include development of a film from the first idea to the screenplay, financing and directing, and finally finishing the film. Based on his own films, Stöhr will explain the crucial phases of film production and the key concepts of screenplay theory.

Free entrance.
