You are invited to the film screening and discussion “Who owns the earth?”.
The modernization of agricultural regions in Quang Nam disrupts local people whose lands are transformed into vast hotel complexes. Le Doan Hong went to meet these people.
The documentary will be followed by a discussion with Le Doan Hong – director of the documentary, and Jean Déléage – notary and General Delegate for Cooperation with South-East Asia in the Supreme Council of Notaries.
