HCMC – Program “Ballet in Ravel’s Bolero”

The HBSO Ballet’s “Ballet in Ravel’s Bolero” will present two famous and frequently performed ballets: choreographer Maurice Béjart’s “Bolero”, music by Mauric Ravel and choreographer George Balanchine’s “Serenade”, inspired by choreographer George Balanchine’s work, music by Piotr Tchaikovsky. Both works will be staged by young French choreographer Chloe Glemot.

The program will also present a new ballet – “Pas de Six” by choreographer Julien Guérin, who will directly work with HBSO ballet artists. Monte Carlo’s Julien Guérin has worked with many internationally famed ballet corps, including the English National Ballet, Scottish Ballet, the Ballets de Monte-Carlo and the Opéra National de Bordeaux…
