2017 ICHCAP Associate Expert Program: Call for Applications

The ICHCAP Associate Expert Program is offering a seven-month residency program (May to December 2017) to a future young professional in the field of ICH (Intangible Cultural Heritage).
The primary objective of the program is to recruit a highly qualified and motivated entry-level professional. The program offers a range of opportunities to develop professional skills at the international level and to understand ICHCAP’s operations and procedures by participating in various projects, including field surveys and research.
The ICHCAP Associate Expert Program welcomes applications from promising young professionals of the Asia-Pacific region who have a master’s degree in cultural arts or any related field and excellent oral and written communication skills in English. ICHCAP will select one associate expert, who will receive financial support and accommodations.
Selected candidate will be required to submit a research report and participate in ICHCAP’s projects. To ensure that the right candidates are selected for the program, applicants should submit an application letter and proposal demonstrating their ability in the field and showing a commitment to ICH safeguarding.
