From Heritage Space:

As part of the Kim Ki Duk Film Month, after “The Bow” (2005) screening, Heritage Space organizes the screening of “Pieta” (2012) – which has a different aura from that of “The Bow”. “Pieta” touches many sensitive topics of the modern life, with Kim Ki Duk acts as a cold-blooded storyteller, or the frames themselves have already told the story, waiting for the audience to see and say it out loud, as if a reflection of their own life. Come watch the film and discuss about it as well as Kim Ki Duk’s filmmaking style, expanding the narrative on the frames and those who watch/ read/ translate the film.

Watch the film’s trailer here:

About the project:

Each participant will be given a chance to experience and challenge himself or herself in various roles to lengthen endless narratives.
