Heritage Space and DomDom Hanoi are proud to introduce the 3rd concert of “BEYOND SOUND 2018”, featuring the multimedia artist Arnont Nongyao from Chiang Mai, Thailand and outstanding faces of Vietnam’s experimental music scene.
“Poem from Nowhere” 2018 – a personal project of Arnont Nongyao – is a new set performance of sound and moving images 2018 (expanded cinema). This expanded cinema is combining moving images of noise and lighting also sound generated from DIY analog’s stuff that combines of Arnont’s performing during 2014-2017. The screening lasts 50 minutes; it is part of the premiere tour of the artist in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.
After his multimedia performance on July 7, Arnont will hold an exhibition at Heritage Space’s gallery from July 08 to July 11.

DOMDOM: Being a Hub for Experimental Music and Art, Domdom has been created in 2012 as the first independent interdisciplinary center dedicated to Vietnamese experimental music and its collaboration with other art forms. Running by composer-musician Kim Ngoc, DomDom has been playing essential role in Vietnamese arts & music in this moment.
