On a certain afternoon each week, I will choose a film to show at a new screening program called the Lunch series. The films selected are the ones that I’ve been meaning to watch but haven’t found the time to do so, and those through which I think we will have a great time conversing as film-lovers. Each month, the selection will follow a different theme. (Vincent)

August’s and September’s: LANDSCAPE

This Thursday 30 Aug 2018, please come to the screening of “Four Days in France” (Jour de France, 2016, directed by Jérôme Reybaud).

A man leaves everything behind to travel aimlessly through France, letting himself be guided only by the people and landscapes he encounters: four days and four nights of wandering, during which his lover tries to locate him via Grindr, a smartphone dating app.

Languages: In French with English subtitles

Free entry

– The event is not for profit; any donations made will go toward running the educational programs at DocLab.
– Direction: please park your vehicle at the temple across Thuy Khue street from Lane 378, then take a walk into Lane 376 till you reach Lane 12 on the right, the House 11 will be the one in a corner with the DocLab sign.
