ASAÉS (concept and title filed, to be published by Editing Elements at the end of 2020) is a project that embodies the five flavors of the gastronomy world: Bitter, Sweet, Acid, Spicy and Salty. These five tastes, whose first letters form the name ASAÉS, are freely associated with the natural raw materials selected by Claire Xuân. ASAÉS is an artistic, poetic, sensory and interactive journey. It consists of an exhibition of original graphic compositions and an olfactory journey that highlight, in perfumes and flavors, the natural heritage of different countries. ASAÉS brings together the imagination, observation and memory of audiences of all ages, cultures and backgrounds.
Tentative agenda: Thursday 16.05
– 17h – 18h: Meeting with Claire Xuân, visual artist and Benjamin Rascalou, chef of the restaurant La Badiane who will propose a tasting of a recipe specially created for the event
