From the organizer:

As part of the residency program with artist Pham Ngoc Tram, this mobile library is dedicated to embroidery techniques, history, and heritage. It is a space for art and textile enthusiasts to explore, learn, and be inspired by the rich tradition of embroidery.

How It Works:
– Browse the Collection: Our mobile art library features a curated selection of books on embroidery, textile arts, and cultural heritage of Vietnam, Korea, Japan and other cultures, from the personal collection of artist Pham ngoc Tram
– Contribute to the Library: You are welcome to enrich our collection by donating your own books on relevant topics.
Reading Appointments:
To ensure a peaceful and productive environment, reading is by appointment only:
– Each session is limited to 1 hour per registration.
– You may register for multiple sessions if you wish to read longer.
– Please fill out registration form to select your preferred time slot
You can also sign up directly at the Temple.

Library Rules:
To maintain the integrity of the library and create a harmonious space for all visitors, please follow these rules:
1. Respect the books: Handle all books with care. Do not fold pages, write in the books, or mark them in any way.
2. Quiet environment: Keep noise to a minimum to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the Temple.
3. No food or drinks: Please do not bring food or beverages into the reading area.
4. Stay in the reading area: Books must remain within the designated reading corner.
5. Timely returns: Finish your session on time so others can enjoy the space.
6. Community contribution: If you contribute a book, ensure it is in good condition and relevant to embroidery or textile arts.
