Korea is not only known as a modern and dynamic country, but also a country with a long-standing culture preserved and developed over thousands of years of history. With the desire that Hanoi citizens have an opportunity to discover and experience Korean traditional culture, Vietnamese Women’s Museum in cooperation with Korean cultural center organizes Week of Korean traditional culture experience from August 18th to August 23rd 2014.

Come to this event, you have chance to visit, interact, and experience with many different activities as below:

1. Exhibition: “Korean Masks and Pungmul Art”
Time: August 17th-23rd 2014

2. Talchum and Pungmul folk dance performances
Time: Sunday morning August 17th 2014

3. Guide visitors to practise Talchum and Pungmul dance (Practise dance, learn how to play the drum, learn to speak during dancing)
Time: Sunday morning August 17th 2014

4. Try on Hanbok- Korean traditional costumes
Time: August 17th-23rd 2014

5. Enjoy Korean cuisine
To meet visitors’ satisfaction, on the first day of the event, our Korean restaurant has finger food to serve customers with a reasonable prize.
Time: from 10 AM to 2 PM Sunday August 17th 2014

Entrance: FREE

Free entrance ONLY in the morning of 17 Aug.
Other days: You need to buy entrance tickets of the museum at 30,000 VND for foreigners, 15,000 VND for Vietnamese.
