The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam proudly presents its eleventh act of the JF Garage Concert by “Kuricorder & Friends” in Hanoi on Wednesday night, 26.10.2016.
“Kuricorder & Friends” is formed by Kuricorder Quartet, Beautiful Hummingbird and CHIKU Toshiaki.
Kuricorder Quartet is well known as a recorder ensembles group. They play various recorders, and other music instruments like Melodica, Saxophone, Tuba, Ukulele, Jew’s harp and percussion. They are well-known by the theme music of famous Japanese TV program “PythagoraSwitch” (NHK). Using various instruments, they create comfortable sound. This is the second time they play in Vietnam after their first in 2013.
The performance starts at 20:00 on Wednesday 26 October in the courtyard (open stage) of the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam (27 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi). Admission is free but the audience is advised to obtain free tickets at the Japan Foundation.
Free ticket distribution: from 12:00, 21 October 2016 (Friday)
