From the organizer:

“I believe I can”, organized the first time in Hanoi in 2015, is an art festival dedicated to the unique and diverse culture of ethnic minorities in Vietnam. Following the huge success last year, the fourth festival with the theme “Indigenous knowledge – Spring of life” aims at the practical values of indigenous knowledge, a complete system accumulated and refined after thousands of years. This is also an event to together honour the cultural beauty, mutual understandings and support between different ethnic groups all over the country.

“I believe I can” are rehearsed, curated, and performed by ethnic people themselves, just like how they do in everyday life. Let us together listen, learn, and enjoy diverse cultural practices from over 100 members of different communities in Vietnam. Please register and spread the words about I Believe I can | Indigenous knowledge – Spring of Life!
