You are invited to concert with Duo Christoph Angerer and Ines Schüttengruber in European Music Festival 2017.
Christoph Angerer and Ines Schüttengruber strive to revive forgotten masterpieces of the 18th century, acquainting contemporary ears with rare manuscripts and lesser-known composers of the time. The ensemble draws on the use of historical period instruments, exploiting an array of unique expressive possibilities. Thus, these rare musical renditions are delivered in the same manner their original audiences would have experienced them. Their repertoire beyond the Baroque era to include dance pieces of the late 19th century and is renowned for its rich variety and scope. The ensemble has delivered thousands of performances across the globe, delighting international audiences with pieces by 290 different composers.
