Within the framework of the Francophonie Week 2018, l’Institut français du Vietnam is glad to invite a French trio consisting of singer Kwal, pianisst Todd Baker and violinist Hélène Lefebvre to perform on the stage of IDECAF in HCMC.
Kwal – a music universe dotted with slam, songs and grooves, where intrumentists meet electronic beats.
Born Vincent Loiseau, Kwal started writing music since he was 15, and has been exploring different aspects of the creative process through his love for the French language ever since. A traveler, he finds his inspiration through trips around the world (Mali, Palestine, Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Québec, Cuba, Tunisia, Turkey, India, Japan, Australia…), all the while creating his own travel handbook and the anecdotes that he tells through his songs.
An intimate and convivial music format, tinted with stories from here and there, a contagious energy for a live performance full of surprises.
For reference: Kwal performs the song “Le temps qu’il me reste” from his album “The links”:
Regular: 300,000 VND – 200,000 VND
For students and IDECAF members: 100,000 VND
