Pain Machine is a new multimedia performance by Hà Thúy Hằng, developed and presented as part of Ồ ẠT Oh Art Festival 2026. Bringing together video-art, sound, objects, and audience participation, the work reflects on the erosion of trust and the mechanisms through which we inflict hurt upon one another.
The work is conceived as an evolving project that may continue to take on different forms of performance and installation across different spaces and contexts. The two sessions on 05 & 06 Sep mark its first public presentation. Audiences may attend either or both sessions.

Ồ ẠT aims to make its art programs accessible to the public while creating conditions for artists to experiment with and produce new work. The reservation fee contributes towards the setup and production costs of the work. Capacity for each session is limited and advance registration is required.
