• Philadelphia’s DJ Cash Money took the hip hop world by storm by winning the New Music Seminar DJ Championship in New York, the DMC American Mixing Championship in LA, and the DMC World Supremacy DJ Championship in London throughout the late eighties.

• His unique style and raw innovation on the turntables brought DJ Cash Money Billboard charting singles such as Ugly People Be Quiet, Find An Ugly Woman, and Where’s the Party At? and an international tour of more than 20 countries and over 50 cities in the U.S.

• DJ Cash Money is credited with creating the most crucial scratches of the turntable art form. He is also credited with creating the Pee Wee Herman scratch and pioneering the Chirp scratch.

• In 1998 Cash was inducted into the DMC-Technics Hall of Fame with the title “The World’s Greatest DJ.”

• He’s still the only DJ to hold all three major world titles at the same time: DMC World Championships, DMC World Supremacy and the American New Music Seminar DJ Competition. After winning the World Championships he was banned from entering again to give other hopeful DJs a chance. Mixmaster Mike and Q-Bert are the other two DJs to also hold this ‘honour’
