FVH starts the year with a busy program of events and the launch of a refreshed, new-look website here.

It’s a handy resource for FVH publications, contact details and keeping up to date with events and changes to the program.

There’s plenty to choose from in this month’s events:

– City Walk to Quán Thánh Temple, stories of Trúc Bạch lake and Ngũ Xã island on Saturday 13 January (in English). Contact the event organizer Stella on [email protected]

Film night at Vietnam Feature Films Studio, 4 Thụy Khuê Street, on Thursday 25 January – “save the date” with details of the screening to be confirmed. Contact the FVH Film Group on [email protected]

The FVH Sóc Sơn volunteer group supports the education of Vietnamese children in Phú Thịnh, a small village in Sóc Sơn District (just outside Hanoi). The group will visit the village on Sunday 21 January. Anybody who is interested in finding out more and joining the team to participate in the volunteering activities, please contact Stella on [email protected]
