Southern Panoramas Competitive Exhibition: calls for application

The Southern Panoramas Competitive Exhibition will accept work of various natures: video, installation, performance, printed objects, and other artistic experiments.
Enrolment is open up until March 10, 2011. In the Festival, due September 2011, the works selected will compete for a money prize and eight artist residency prizes, granted in partnership with institutions in Latin America, Europe, and Asia.
Money prize:
A money prize of forty-five thousand Brazilian reais (approximately US$ 24,000 – gross value) will be granted to one of the works in the Southern Panoramas Competitive Exhibition.
Residency prizes:
A total of 8 (eight) artist residency prizes will be granted to artists participating in the Southern Panoramas Competitive Exhibition.
The results of the selection will be announced in June 2011 on www.videobrasil.org.br
