Photography Exhibition – The Last Mask

In January 2010, Vietnamese social NGO, CSAGA brought together 24 members of their support clubs for women who have experienced domestic violence to do a creative project using mask making, storytelling, drawing, singing, theatre games and photography. The aim was to help the women explore their lives, past and present, and then to share the outcomes with a wider audience.

Produced and facilitated by Paul Zetter of ensemble creatives, assisted by a group of young arts in development facilitators, with photography and exhibition design by Jamie Maxtone-Graham, The Last Mask is a photography installation that serves as a creative record of how this unique creative collaboration evolved.
