From Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam:
The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam proudly presents a workshop to teach visitors how to make udon noodles – a Japanese traditional dish. We will organize two workshops with the participation of 60 people per workshop. In the workshop, visitors will have a chance to learn how to make udon and try their own udon there. Furthermore, there is also a performance of string instrument Taishōgoto during the workshop.

Udon and soba are common dishes from Japan. This time, we invite experts of sanuki udon noddle – a famous Japanese noodle from Kagawa province to Vietnam. The experts will introduce to the visitors how to make udon with simple ingredients such as flour, salt and water.
