People wrestle with each other and with the fact that nothing lasts forever. Maybe Forever is a collaboration in which the artistic worlds of choreographers Meg Stuart and Philipp Gehmacher flow together. The lullabies of singer-songwriter Niko Hafkenscheid accompany the pair onstage, and have them dancing in a promised land. While Hafkenscheid sings of love and longing, the dance of Meg Stuart und Philipp Gehmacher speaks of the end of love, of pain and memories. So close and yet so far, they try to come together in an embrace.
