Exhibition – Designing in Dialogue

From The Architecture of von Gerkan, Marg and Partners:
Fifteen selected international projects by the architect firm of von Gerkan, Marg and Partners including the National Conference Center in Hanoi; the Hanoi Museum; the Berlin Central Station in Germany; the New Trade Fair center in Rimini, Italy; the Villa Guna in Jurmala, Latvia and the Cape Town Stadium in South Africa will be presented in a 270 m² exhibition space at the Exhibition Hall in Ho Chi Minh City.

The prime exhibits will be projects already completed in Vietnam such as the National Conference Center in Hanoi and the Hanoi Museum, which opened last autumn during the millennial program to celebrate the founding of the city.

In addition to these exhibits, the results of the first workshop held abroad by the Academy for Architectural Culture will be presented. In summer 2010, the Academy organized a student workshop in Hanoi on architectural designs for a German House in Ho Chi Minh City.
