manzi proudly introduces a special talk on the non-fiction writings & essays of Tràng Thiên, with the participation of writer Nguyên Ngọc, and literature critics Phạm Xuân Nguyên & Nguyễn Thị Bình.

“My Country”, published in 2012, marked the return of one of Vietnam’s best writers of the 1954 – 1975 period – Đoàn Thế Nhơn (born 20 Oct 1925), whose pen name is Tràng Thiên. On the occasion of his recently released collections of writings, we would like to invite you to join him for an intimate conversation.

Language: The talk will be conducted in Vietnamese only.
