Program of Friends of Vietnam Heritage (FVH) in September 2016

From Friends of Vietnam Heritage:

Resuming activities after the summer break, FVH is pleased to offer the following events in September:
– a city walk to the Ba Đình area and “French Colonial Quarter” on Saturday 10 September (in English)
– a city walk to Thăng Long Citadel on Tuesday 20 September (in Japanese)
– a film night screening “The Life” (“Sinh mệnh”) at Hanoi Cinematheque on Thursday 22 September (English subtitles).

Plus, join us for a relaunch of Mr. Hữu Ngọc’s new book “Viet Nam: Tradition and Change” on Wednesday 14 September at Hanoi Cinematheque including:
– a documentary about Hữu Ngoc’s life
– introduction by Lady Borton
– Q&A with Hữu Ngoc about his life and times
– book signing and traditional music.
