In this October, Ho Chi Minh city Conservatory of Music proudly presents a concert performed by Saigon Philharmonic Orchestra in collaboration with David Ramírez, our guest conductor from Spain, and the three soloists from America and Vietnam: “A Spanish Night”.

A program that consists of Arbo’s Serenata and Arriaga’s Symphony in D major will be interesting experiences for whom in love with Spain’s music. Besides, two guitarists Angelo L. Favis and Nguyen Thanh Huy will send to the audience the cheerful melodies of guitar with two concertos by Rodrigo and Vivaldi. Especially, T’rung – a percussion instrument from Vietnam’s Highlands, will be introduced by Meritorious Artist Ngo Tuyet Mai through Rhapsody No. 2 by Nguyen Van Thuong, one of the pioneers in Vietnam’s professional music.
