A much anticipated community event and family fun day out, the HIWC’s annual bazaar is an end of year celebration and shopping opportunity which showcases international culture and cuisine. Our Bazaar is one of the largest fund-raisers in Hanoi. Last year we welcomed 10,000 people and raised US$126, 500 for women’s and children’s health, education and community charities in Vietnam.
Our 2015 Bazaar will be even better. We have a new venue – St Paul American School – in a fast growing and exciting part of Hanoi. We’ll be near Landmark 72 and the JW Marriott in the area that people hope will mirror Ho Chi Minh City or Singapore. 45 countries and communities will participate bringing food and drink from around the world. Around 40 NGOs will take part, as well as over 50 commercial vendors. And we have the upped the fun for kids and adults alike – bouncy castles, Brazilian football, Robotics, popcorn and ice cream for the kids, with a chance to take part HIWC’s Got Talent on our Main Stage. And four live acts in the afternoon: Apaxionado, the Hanoi Brass Band and The Electric Yard Dogs will play for us, with Yury RockIt whipping up the crowd with some Bollywood Dance.
Tickets cost VND 150,000 Adults and Children over 12, VND 50,000 for CHILDREN (free for the Under 3s), but VND 180,000 for adults if bought on the day. The tickets are available at outlets all over town and for the first ever time ONLINE. They sell out fast so buy yours soon!
